IMX Auto Group organized a Stress Reduction Seminar, which was held by Ms. Armineh Gourgian, Marriage and Family Therapist. Participants of the event were introduced to stress reduction practical techniques and tips. The group had an important learning session, as well as result-oriented discussions about the numerous stress factors. They were advised of the ways to overcome stress, and keep their daily communications in peace and harmony, both in work and at home.
Participants of the seminar were so much involved with practical training on Chakras that the session took much longer than it was initially planned. Dazzling lights of the car dealership gallery made beautiful artworks of Burbank artists seem alive. The professionalism, delicate sense of humor and personal charm of Ms Gourgian created a positive atmosphere where participants shared their life experiences of coping with stress.
The seminar concluded with smiles and readiness to promote positive self-talk, healthy habits, kind attitude, respect and love.
